While those latter two runners both have the capability on their day, Hypnotist (10) can’t be trusted to add to his three wins from seven coming in off a 217 break and The Avenger (1) is going to have to improve to a career peak a week after running fifth at Rosehill, so The ‘Cock is very content to keep his focus narrow on the top rater.
